As noted, this item is made of genuine leather. Our Veg-tan leather has individual grain characteristics and natural blemishes which are not defects. Also, our veg-tanned leather has color variations, each piece differs in tone which adds to the character and uniqueness of each piece!

We guarantee the quality of our handmade items, so if there is a flaw in the craftsmanship or mistake on our end, we will happily repair, replace it or issue a refund. However, shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you would like to exchange an item there will be a reasonable shipping charge to have the "exchanged for" item mailed to you. Please let us know within 1 business week if you would like an exchange.
